Summary 0000550: Date format for scheduled downtime is always MM/DD/YYYY
Description Despite user preferences setting date as DD/MM/YYYY, the scheduled downtime entry requires date to be entered as MM/DD/YYYY

Can date entry be consistent with User preference settings.
Additional Information Also invalid dates can be entered for downtime.
User entered 13-12-2013 (for Dec 13) and the downtime was actuall scheduled for Jan 12 2014
